Brikdrop ("we", "us", "our") is a D2C e-commerce studio based in India. We build, design, and optimise Shopify stores for Indian direct-to-consumer brands. Our website is brikdrop.online.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any third party for commercial purposes.
Contact form submissions are kept for up to 12 months from the date of submission. If a project goes ahead, relevant details are retained for the duration of the engagement and up to 12 months after it closes for accounting and reference purposes.

This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics platforms that build user profiles. Vercel may set a minimal session cookie for infrastructure purposes. No cookie consent banner is required as no profiling or advertising cookies are set.

Your data is transmitted over HTTPS (SSL/TLS encryption). Access to our Google Sheets CRM is restricted to Brikdrop team members only. We do not store payment information — all transactions are handled by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant.
This website is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of this website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
