Is there any negotiation on price?
No. Our prices are fixed because they're calculated to deliver the work at the quality we want to deliver it. If you negotiate us down, we either cut scope or cut quality — neither of which is good for you. If the price doesn't work for you, there's no hard sell.
We're GST registered. All invoices include our GSTIN. You can claim input tax credit if your business is registered. Invoices are sent via Razorpay — clean, professional, no surprises.
We scope everything clearly before signing. If a request is genuinely out of scope, we'll quote it as a separate line item. No surprise invoices mid-project.
The upfront payment is non-refundable once work has started — it covers the time we've blocked and the work we've begun. If we miss our deadline by more than 3 days and it's our fault, we apply a pro-rated credit to your next invoice. We've never missed a deadline.
